Where do you deliver to?

We are based in Hartford, Northwich and offer free delivery, set up and collection to locations in Cheshire and South Manchester generally within a 15 mile radius . We are happy to travel further afield for a small additional cost to cover our time and travel. Greater distances may be subject to a minimum order of tents. Please get in touch to find out more.

How long will we have the tents for?

The tents are generally delivered and set up on the day of the sleepover, left with you overnight and collected the next day at a mutually convenient time. 

How long does set up take?

Set up takes between 40 minutes and two hours depending on the number of tents.

How much room is needed?

The tents (including mattresses) are approximately 90cm wide and 160cm long; the trays are approximately 70cm wide and 40cm long, so an area of approximately 90cm by 2m is required for each tent (although the tents can be overlapped slightly if space is tight). The trays are generally placed in front of the tents; however, they can be placed at the side of the tents or elsewhere if space is an issue.

What age are the tents suitable for?

The foam mattresses measure 160cm by 70cm so we would suggest that the tents are suitable for children aged up to approximately 14.  

Are you insured?

Yes, we have full public liability insurance.

What bedding is provided?

We provide an anti-allergy duvet and pillow with each tent. Also included is a fitted sheet, duvet with cover and pillow case with protector and pillow case. All linen is laundered before each use in dermatologically-tested washing detergent and softener.

What kind of mattress do the beds have?

Our thick premium mattresses are made from premium grade, hypo-allergenic foam and have a waterproof and breathable cover. They are manufactured in the UK and are compliant with UK health and safety standards.

What is your cancellation policy?

If, in the unfortunate event, you have to cancel your booking, your deposit will be retained unless we are able to schedule an alternative date, in which case the deposit is transferable.

What happens if items get damaged

We understand that accidents happen, but if an item is damaged beyond repair, the cost of replacement will be deducted from your security deposit.
